New Shaolin Kung Fu Cardio Program

Do you want to build stamina? Tone your muscles? Burn calories? Work all major muscles in the body? Then our kung fu cardio program is perfect for you.

Our classes are designed for fitness and fun while teaching authentic kung fu technique and combinations.

Get a total-body workout and learn simple but effective Kung Fu moves done to music. Its an excellent cardio workout, and in our class you will learn new skills.

Improve your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, coordination, have fun and meet new friends.

Get in Shape! Lose Weight the Easy Way! Feel Better and More Energized! 45-minute classes are all that it takes.

Classes begin with light stretches and a cardio warm up, routines include a series of repetitive punches, hands strikes, kicks and other self-defense moves, classes end with a cool down period.
