Ancient Ways for Modern Days

Ying-Chueng (Chinese Spear) is one of the long weapons and the king of Kung Fu Weapons.

Southern Tiger Kung Fu

Kung Fu When students begin in the Entry Level they will learn the basic stances, punches and kicks along with a few strength training sets. Students must master these foundation exercises, and understand and grasp the basic theory behind the style. Only then will they be ready to move on to intermediate and advanced techniques.

As students progress and begin to learn new techniques, they must continue to review and sharpen their foundation skills.

Students will learn one hand form per level. Hand forms are designed to teach students movement and attacking in different directions, and how to blend different hand and foot techniques together to form combination attacks and defensive maneuvers.

These multiple strike combinations are practiced separately in order to perfect the movements, which are then put together as a set form.
